HDEC-CTCI (Linhai) Corporation is a joint venture by HDEC Corporation and CTCI, and was established for the Linhai Sewage Treatment Plant and Reclaimed Water BTO Project, Kaohsiung City. The project includes the construction and operation of the wastewater treatment plant (daily process capacity: 100,000 CMD), water recycling plant (daily capacity: 60,000 CMD) and water transfer systems. The company is also responsible for the planning and construction of an advanced water testing center to conduct research on water treatment.
