HDEC (Puding) Environment Corporation was established by HDEC Corporation, as a SPC (Special Purpose Company) in response to the Sewerage System BOT Project in Puding area, Taoyuan City. The primary task of HDEC (Puding) Environment Corporation is the construction and operation of the sewerage system in Puding area. Besides the construction, operation and the maintenance of the system as stated in the contract, the company plans to turn the facility into a recreational park, integrating it with the Zhongzhuang Reservoir water park and highlight it as an attraction on the Dahan River bike trail, all aiming to improve quality of life for local residents.

Blue Whale Water Technologies Corporation

Blue Whale Corporation is a SPC (Special Purpose Company) formed by HDEC Corporation and CTCI, as a chartered company in response to the Fengshan River Wastewater Reclamation and Reuse BTO Project in Kaohsiung City. Blue Whale Corporation’s primary task is the construction and operation of a water recycling plant and the operation of a wastewater treatment plant. Besides the construction, operation and maintenance of the facilities as stated in the contract, the company plans to integrate the entire water recycling plant into neighboring parks and riverside corridors. The goal is to integrate the wastewater treatment plant, the water recycling plant, and a wetland park to form a water-friendly environment with environmental protection, landscaping, ecological preservation, education, and recreational functions, becoming Taiwan’s first educational park with a water recycling theme.

HDEC-CTCI (Linhai) Corporation is a joint venture by HDEC Corporation and CTCI, and was established for the Linhai Sewage Treatment Plant and Reclaimed Water BTO Project, Kaohsiung City. The project includes the construction and operation of the wastewater treatment plant (daily process capacity: 100,000 CMD), water recycling plant (daily capacity: 60,000 CMD) and water transfer systems. The company is also responsible for the planning and construction of an advanced water testing center to conduct research on water treatment. Upon completion of the plants, Kaohsiung will be the first city in Taiwan to have a stable supply of recycled water for industrial use.

(Ciaotou) Water Treatment Corporation is a SPC (Special Purpose Company) established by HDEC, a chartered company in response to the Ciaotou Wastewater Reclamation Plant BTO Project in Kaohsiung City. This project is the first BTO project of the reclaimed water plant in the North Kaohsiung area. This BTO project include the expansion and operation of the existing wastesater treatment plant, the daily treatment capacity wiil be increase from 20,000 tons to 50,000 tons, and building and operation a 30,000 tons of reclamation water plant and distribution system. This Project will be a solid backing for the future industrial transformation and development of Kaohsiung City.

HDEC Corporation established HDEC (Chengxi)
Energy Corporation as a special purpose company (SPC) for Chengxi Incineration
Plant BOT Project, Tainan City.
Its main task is to build a new
incineration furnace with a daily waste treatment capacity of 900 metric tons
and a power generation efficiency of 25% or higher. In addition, the company
will also renovate the Super Water Park.
